These spiced sweet potato wedges are super simple but oh-so moreish!
They can be paired as a tasty side to almost any meal, as a healthy veggie snack paired with hummus or avocado, or even just as is.

Ingredients
1 sweet potato
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cracked black pepper, to taste
Sea salt, to taste
Method
Rinse the sweet potato and cut into wedges of your desired thickness. Spread over a lined baking tray.
Sprinkle over the paprika, cinnamon, black pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon water, tossing to cover evenly.
Roast for 45 mins, or until browned and tender.
