200 g of tagliatelle
200 g of asparagus cut into small pieces
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in 4
One onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt, pepper, oregano
Pasta water, 1/4 a cup
Prepare all the ingredients. Fill a big pot with water and add salt. Bring the water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the last minute, add the asparagus.
In a big pan heat one tablespoon of olive oil and sweat the onion for 5 minutes, add the garlic, sweat for 2 more minutes and then add the tomatoes, pasta water and let everything cook for 5-6 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Drain the pasta and asparagus and transfer them into the pan, stir everything together and serve with parmesan cheese and pepper.
