I love chocolate chip cookies but sometimes I get a little bit bored by them. When that happens I like to make peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies instead. It's a completely different biscuit and you still get the sweet chocolate hit.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 30

Ingredients
260 g peanut butter
200 g brown sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp bi carb soda
180 g dark chocolate chips

Method
Preheat oven to 200C and line 2 cookie sheets with baking paper.
Add the peanut butter, sugar, egg and bi carb to a bowl and mix until combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.

Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and place them onto the cookie sheet. Gently press with a fork and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Leave to cool completely on the trays.
