Peanut butter and chocolate are a match made in heaven
Roll the peanut butter and chocolate chip mixture into 3-4cm balls using 2 teaspoons or wet hands. If desired, skewer the balls and dip into the melted chocolate, or roll in cocoa, desiccated coconut or crushed peanuts and refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until set.
Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
The butter gives the balls an extra caramel flavour but is optional.
Eat as a frozen treat or defrost the balls for 10-15 minutes.
