Fudge should be a food group in itself, you can have so many different flavours and types it's incredible. For those who love peanut butter and chocolate, this fudge is for you. The combination of creamy peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips make this this fudge sweet, but not overly sweet, and highly addictive.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 hours
Makes: 25 servings

Ingredients
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
4 cups of icing sugar,
3/4 of semi- sweet chocolate chips

Method
Line a square cake tin (either 8 inch or 9 inch) with aluminium foil, ensuring that the foil is overhanging on the sides. This makes it easier to lift the fudge out.

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and butter for 30 second intervals until smooth, stirring after each interval.

Remove from the microwave and with a large spoon, stir in the vanilla essence and add the sifted icing sugar and stir until combined.

Gently stir in the chocolate chips.

Pour the fudge into the baking tin and with a spoon, smooth and level out the fudge.

Cover the tin tightly with aluminium foil and chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm, and cut into pieces. Can be stored in an air tight container for up to 1 week.

Another of your super no bake recipes! Would you create another few? Would you keep me posted? Thank you!
The ingredients call for "3/4 of semi- sweet chocolate chips" ... can I assume this is a 3/4 cup?
