This interesting combination of ingredients may sound a little odd, but this salad is delicious as the flavours blend so well together. Perfect lunch on a hot summer's day.

Makes: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
3 Ripe Kiwi Fruits, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 large ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut into pieces
300g mild cheese, such as Edam
150g mixed salad greens
45g sultanas
Dressing:
90ml olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
To prepare the salad combine the kiwi fruit, pears, cheese, salad greens and sultanas in a large bowl. Mix well.
Prepare the dressing by whisking the oil and vinegar in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss well and serve.
Note: You can add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds to your dressing for a little extra flavour
