For a hard-body you need to eat right, specifically protein. It's not always convenient hauling a roast chicken along with you, but you can reap the benefits of this high protein, low fat, no sugar snack.
Boil water in a saucepan and carefully pour the egg in the water.
For a 'hard' poached egg leave in saucepan for 5 minutes, if you prefer it 'soft' adjust time to 3 minutes.
Remove egg from the saucepan.
Open the tub of cottage cheese and place the egg inside.
Either mash the cheese and egg together with a fork, or leave the poached egg whole.
Pop this snack in your bag, and have a spoon at the ready.
It is important to buy 'normal' or natural cottage cheese that isn't 'low fat' because it is rich in natural good fats and has the highest protein content and is lower in sugar than the low fat options.
