Crispy Polenta Bites, seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Rosemary - Simply Superb
I hope you do try cooking polenta. I've been on a 60 day cleaning eating challenge which excludes some grains - I can't wait to have polenta again, I grew up on the stuff and miss it. Polenta's consistency can vary from region to region but my parents have always cooked it extremely firm (as I have been doing). If you stick with the quantities I've suggested it should give you a firm polenta. Good luck and hope you enjoy xx
