1 cup white chocolate bits (you can buy the bits or make your own by chopping up small bars of white chocolate)
1 cup cherries (fresh, frozen or bottled - just take the pips out if using fresh ones or drain the liquid off if using bottled or canned cherries)
1 cup caster sugar
1 & 3/4 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
