A beautiful and healthy treat, these balls can be left raw and eaten at a whim or baked for 10 mins and turned into cookies. I have always had a soft spot for tahini and together with the honey and chocolate it reminds me of sweet halva.
Balls for days
: 0 minutes or 10 if baking
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp tahini
1/2 cup dark choc chips (or walnuts)
Pinch of salt
Try not to dive in here.
You want a wet but malleable dough
Small ball enjoyed with a hot cup of cocoa
Large ball crumbled on top of my green smoothie bowl for breakfast.
