Tomato and Feta Cheese Bruschetta

Something you have to try when in Italy is bruschetta, but if you can't make it there, you can make it at home and I think it is just as good.
Just like I had in Italy

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 pieces

4 cubes of soft feta cheese
1/2 a red onion thinly sliced
1 tomato diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon if minced garlic
4 large basil leaves
2 slices do pumpkin seed bread

Mix olive oil with dried oregano and garlic
Crumble feta cheese into a bowl
Add tomato and onion to the bowl
Add olive oil mix to the bowl and toss to dress the tomato and onion mix
Toast slices of bread
When bread is ready assemble your bruschetta by spooning the mixture onto each slice
Place two basil leaves on each and serve
