This is simple fudge recipe. Because it's made with chocolate and icing sugar it means you don't need to worry about things like sugar thermometers and graining temperatures. The orange zest stops it from being too, too sweet. It would be really lovely to make as a gift, wrapped in little cellophane bags.

150g plain chocolate
4 tbsps evaporated milk
Finely grated rind of 1 orange
12 heaped tbsps icing sugar, sieved
