Baozi is the name the Chinese give to steamed buns that have a filling. Usually it is meat or something savoury, but I went for something slightly sweeter. They also make steamed buns without a filling
, which I enjoy with jam. Here I decided to try something that would not require the extra condiment, because it is already inside. Best served warm, you can eat them fresh, or heat up in the microwave.
