Everybody loves dessert. Or at least everybody that I know. Here is a very simple dessert yet so good it could put you in a dilemma whether to share it with your loved ones, or eat all by yourself!

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

3/4 cup sugar
1 tin of condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup warm water
10 eggs

Set up a steamer.
In a large bowl, beat the condensed milk, 3/4 cup of sugar and warm water.
Add eggs and continue beating.
Put aside.
In a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of sugar until the caramel is formed.
Be careful to always keep an eye on the sugar, and keep stirring or else it will burn.
Once caramelized, pour the caramel into a cake pan.
Pour the condensed milk and egg mixture on top of the caramel layer.
Put the cake pan into the steamer.
Cook for about one hour or until cooked.
Use a toothpick to test if the mixture is cooked, just as you would test if a cake is done.
Once cooked, remove from steamer.
Using a plate, cover the cake tin.
Flip it over.
Remove tin and serve orr wait until it cools down a little.

You can reduce the amount of eggs used, but the pudding will be less firm.
If you have a big cake tin and steamer, you can use the whole mixture to make one nice thick pudding. If not, you can make two thin puddings like I did
