Honey & Sesame Glazed Ketu Salmon
Salmon can be quite a plain tasting fish on it's own but is versatile and great with lots of different flavours. The sweetness from the honey and saltiness from the soy sauce are a perfect balance to marinate the salmon. Egg noodles and freshly steamed green vegetables make a great side addition.

2 wild Ketu salmon fillets (regular salmon will work just as well)
2 sliced garlic cloves
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp sesame seeds
