Chocolate and orange is one of those flavour combinations that people love or hate. I am not a fan of the store bought "jaffa" but I love real
chocolate and real
orange. This recipe combines beautiful cacao with bitter sweet marmalade that my gran made, add some liqueur and you have the perfect Christmas treat or gift.
: 120 minutes
: 25 servings

Yes you can lick the spoon.
These orange marmalade truffles can be made up to 2 days in advance.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. The orange flavour does diminish a little each day, so they’re best the same day they’re made.
Soy cream can be subbed with cow's cream.
Cacao can be subbed with cocoa.
