I decided to make my own, with just a few ingredients you have a wonderful cream soup thatís creamy without flour, milk or cream.

1 head of broccoli
100 g of freshly shredded cheddar cheese, or sliced with a knife
1.5 L of vegetable stock
1 stalk of celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Be sure to add freshly chopped or shredded cheese, not the ones that are already shredded, because those packages contain potato starch, powdered cellulose, and natamycin. These have anti-clumping properties that help keep cheese shreds separate.
