This is an alternative to plain jelly and you can put most fruits in with the jelly to make it healthy (apart from pineapple).
There are a lot of things you can add to jelly to make it a very interesting and not so sweet dessert. In this recipe I had some basil seeds left over from my Falooda dessert
I made last week, so used them in the jelly. They have an interesting texture and were a nice addition to smooth jelly.

1 packet mango jelly
1 tbsp basil seeds
Blueberries or other fruit of choice
Cream (optional) to serve
Wet the mould before putting the jelly in
