I am slowly getting used to having my "sweet" treats not so sweet!
This one is a prime example of something great to have with a cup of coffee and a sweet that is not harmful, having no chemicals or added sugar.
AND they WERE delicious - had visitors and they ate them all!

40 g dates or figs
40 g sultanas
1 cup grated carrot (about 2 medium)
50 g oats
50 g Weet Bix
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
1½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp coconut, plus extra for rolling
100 g walnuts
