Skinny Kebabs

For kebabs that won't ruin your summertime figure, you can't go past these home made beauties.

Also perfect for a late night snack post Christmas party without compromising your diet, this is a great way to ensure you still get your quota of vegetables during the party season.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

1 slice Lebanese bread
1 piece of minute steak
1/4 carrot, grated
100g red cabbage, grated
1/2 tomato
Garlic sauce or ranch dressing

Cook minute steak in a hot pan for 3-6 minutes depending on how well done you like it.

While meat is cooking, put your slice of Lebanese bread on a plate and get salads ready.

Start with Lebanese bread

Once meat is cooked, cut into thick (about 2cm wide) strips and place as the first thing on your bread.

Continue to layer salads on top of the meat.

Until all your salads are on.

Top with salads

Then drizzle with garlic sauce or ranch dressing and proceed to wrap. First taking the bottom section and folding it up.

Then starting to roll from one side until it is all rolled up and ready to eat.
