These tuna and spinach tarts use wholemeal bread instead of pastry. This worked out great as it was wafer thin and not too much "dough" as can sometimes happen with a pie.
I also used rocket mixed with spinach as I have an abundance of rocket growing in my garden.

: 6 tarts
6 slices wholemeal bread, crusts removed
2 tsp olive oil
3 cups or about 90 g spinach leaves
2 - 3 small eggs
190 g tuna in spring water, drained, flaked
1 tbsp dill leaves, chopped
About 1/3 cup cheese, grated
#Hot or cold
I then cut this to be fairly square
