Ingredients
100g margarine
100g cottage cheese
200g plain white flour
1 tsp linseeds
¼ tsp pink rock salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/325༠F/5 Gas.
Beat all the ingredients together.
Roll out the dough to about 1 inch thickness, and cut out rounds with a cookie cutter.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
