This recipe is easy to make and although slightly spicy, is not a "hot" recipe.
You can, of course, adjust the spices to taste.
I used cooked chicken meat, as I always have some of this in the freezer.

A few shallots
150 ml unsweetened orange juice (I squeezed it fresh)
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp water
About 250 g cooked chicken meat, shredded
2 tsp chopped parsley, to garnis
