Cauliflower is high in vitamin C, so this dish is perfect for keeping colds away during Winter. Comforting, delicious, simple to make, and uses easy to find ingredients.
The butter beans bring both fibre and protein, so it's a healthy weeknight dinner, either on its own or as a side dish.
