This is an easy and tasty meal that I made using all the ingredients I had in the pantry or the freezer.
You can make it ahead of time so it is also good if you have visitors as a side dish or a main.

1 cups brown rice (or white) cooked
½ small onion or shallot
1¾ tbsp oil
1 - 2 eggs, lightly beaten
4 drops soy sauce
3 drops sesame oil
About 150 g chicken, chopped
¼ cup carrot, chopped very small
¼ cup frozen peas, thawed
2 spring onions, chopped
1 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp soy sauce - or more to taste
