Orange and chocolate are a match made in heaven, and this truffle cake is certainly heavenly. When I'm in a restaurant I am always wary of ordering chocolate cake because so often they are very dry. This cake, which I made for my dad's birthday, however, uses ground almonds instead of flour, which I think helps make it extra moist. Based on the brands I used, each slice is about 237 calories.

350g orange flavoured dark chocolate
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp clear honey
