Prosciutto wrapped Figs

Baked (59)      Figs (21)      Prosciutto (10)
When I first tried these, it was my sister who made them and they were so good. I love them on the side of a meal or just on their own.

Prosciutto wrapped fig
A great accompaniment to my chicken and salad

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 8 halves

Ingredients
1 packet of soft goats cheese
8 slices of prosciutto
4 figs halved

Method
Cut soft goats cheese into pieces and place one into the middle of the fig
Pull off a slice of prosciutto, it breaks easy so don't rush.
Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around the fig and
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
Figs taste best when served immediately.
