I love stir fries. The different seasonings mixed with the ingredients brings out fantastic flavours. My favourite stir fries are probably chicken or prawn, but on some occasions, I prefer to go the vegetable route. I made this recipe up myself, taking al my favourite pulses and throwing them together. It is a great vegetarian meal because the pulses provide a lot of protein that you can miss out on from not eating meat. Based on the brands I used, each serving should be about 322 calories.
