Ingredients 2 x 80g packs of instant noodles
400g prepared stir fry vegetable
Salt and pepper
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a wok for 30 seconds.
Add the prepared stir fry vegetables into the wok with a bit of salt and pepper. These prepared packs can be found in the fresh fruit and vegetables section of most grocery stores. If you prefer you can prepare your own choice of vegetables such as sliced peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, sweetcorn, beansprout etc.
Cook for 7-10 minutes (depending on how crunchy you like the vegetables). The prepared stir fry packs will have a cooking guidance time on the back. Keep stirring the vegetables so they donít stick to the wok.
In the meantime place the noodles in a pan. Add the instructed amount of water to make the instant noodles. Most noodle packs come with flavours such as curry flavour, a bit of this can be sprinkled on the vegetables too.
Most noodles cook within 3-5minutes. Once cooked strain the noodles over a bowl keeping the flavoured soup.
Add the strained noodles to the wok and stir gently. Add 1tbsp of soy sauce.
The flavoured soup can be added once the noodles are plated to suit individual choice.
Serve and enjoy.
If you arenít able to get instant noodles, quick cooking spaghetti is a great alternative.
