The microwave is the miracle invention that has made cooking so much less daunting, especially for beginner cooks and people who just like to keep things simple.

This recipe is not only quick and delicious, but you can also add your own flare and experiment with it to your heart's content.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Cream cheese, chopped tomato, mushrooms etc

Method
Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds.
Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper (and any optional ingredients). Stir until combined.
Microwave for one minute.
Remove from microwave and stir briskly.
Return to microwave and cook for about one to one and a half minutes or until soft. Remember they will harden more after they're removed from the microwave, so be careful not to overcook them.
