This smoothie is a quick and easy way to add an extra shot of fruit to the day. Packed with orange, pineapple, banana, and yoghurt, this smoothie is a fresh and delicious addition to any breakfast.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients 2 bananas
2 cups pineapple pieces
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons vanilla or mango yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey
Place the crushed ice into a blender with the orange juice and milk. To crush whole ice cubes before adding them to the blender, I pop them into a snap lock bag and smash them with a kitchen mallet. Fun, and the small ice pieces are easy on my blender.
Add pineapple pieces, honey and yoghurt.
Peel and chop the bananas into smaller chunks and add these to the blender.
Blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
