Quick Quiche Lorraine
Minimal fuss for maximum taste. Simple and quick, this delicious quiche is light and perfect for a midweek meal or eat cold at a weekend picnic.

Cooking Time: 35-40 minutes
Serves: 5-6
Ingredients
200g of diced ham or bacon
4 eggs
½ cup of cream
1 sheet of puff pastry
½ cup of tasty grated cheese
½ onion - grated
salt & pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (180 fan forced).
Line a pie dish with baking paper. Defrost puff pastry then place over pie dish, pushing gently into corners.
Sprinkle ham, onion and cheese on top of pastry.
In a bowl lightly whisk the eggs. Add the cream and season with salt & pepper.
Pour this mixture into pie dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a lovely golden brown. Quiche will puff up and look impressive. It will deflate as it cools.
