Ingredients 1/3 can tuna fish in spring water
1 tsp French wholegrain mustard
1 French roll (from a Vietnamese bakery)
4-5 thin smoked salmon slices
Handful of chopped lettuce
Handful of alfalfa sprouts
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Combine tuna fish, mayonnaise and wholegrain mustard and some fresh lemon juice and mix into a dressing. You can customize the amount of each ingredient as per your preference.
Slice french roll from middle. Spread the dressing on each side.
