Raw Chocolate Matcha Ball

If you like matcha or green tea flavour and chocolate, this is an easy recipe to incorporate both ingredients in one bite. These chocolatey balls are really easy and quick to make, and carry a strong flavour of green tea.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 8 balls

1/3 cup dates, pitted
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 almonds
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp matcha powder and more for dusting

Place dates, walnuts, almonds, cocoa powder and matcha in a food processor.
Process until sticky and resemble wet sand (you might need to scrape down the sides in between pulses).
Place a scoop of mixture in your hands and roll into balls.
Cover with matcha powder, if desired.
