This quick and easy granola is so easy it is ridiculous. It's healthy and made with raw ingredients. It keeps well in a jar and is delicious rolled into balls on its own, eaten as a cereal or added to yogurt, fruit, icecream or smoothies!
Ridiculously tasty with bananas, almond milk, some extra coconut and cinnamon!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients 10 dried dates
1/2 C oats
1/2 C shredded coconut
1 TBSP honey or coconut sugar
Soak the dates in hot water until they are soft.
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until it starts to combine.
The mixture will be quite loose, roll into small balls for rawnola or bigger balls for bite sized pieces
