Ingredients 450 g COOKED rice
¾ cup sour cream (this one is the best)
425 g tuna in oil, drained, flaked
1½ cups grated cheese
3 green spring onions, chopped
¾ cup frozen green peas
2 - 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Line a 30 x 19 cm pan with baking paper and preheat oven to 200° or 180° for fan forced.
Mix the eggs and sour cream until smooth, in a large bowl.
Add the cooked rice, and flaked tuna to this.
Next add the rest of the ingredients, keeping 1 cup of grated cheese aside for later.
Mix well and season with salt, pepper and some chili if desired.
Spread in the baking dish.
Press down with your fingers
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese, and cook for about 20 minutes or until firm and lightly golden.
Meanwhile, cook your vegetables about 5 - 10 minutes before this is ready.
Leave slice in pan for about 5 - 10 minutes, slice into squares, and serve with vegetables, or a green salad.
