This is a healthy version of "rillettes de thon", a French dish. It's delicious on bread, crackers, pasta, or even on its own. It's a great one to make with kids - as they can easily prepare it themselves and will hopefully enjoy eating it too!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients 3/4 - 1 cup Greek yoghurt (depends on how "creamy" you like it)
1 425g tin tuna
Juice of 1 lemon
Small handful fresh chives, chopped
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for later.
I used a similar mixture and filled the mixture into a hollowed red/ green Capsicum and makes an attractive presentation on a dish for a party.
Added diced Celery Capasicum Cucumber 🥒
Sometimes stir in Cottage Cheese Fresh chopped Dill or Chives
Stir through the mixture refill your Capasicum l would fill for my kids too making it an edible container .Lee
