Ingredients 250 g soybeans
1 tsp avocado oil (or vegetables oil of choice)
Soak the soybeans in boiling water overnight, so they absorb the liquid.
Drain any excess liquid.
Cook the soybeans in an airfryer with the oil for 30 minutes. (If you do not have an airfryer, then you can spray them with the oil, and then cook in an oven pre-heated to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/325༠F/5 Gas.)
