Perfect for afternoon tea or as something a little bit different for breakfast or brunch. Add whatever cheese you love. The blend in this recipe is for flavour/texture and are staples in my cheese draw. Sandwich with a little ham or top with smoked salmon and cream cheese.
Ingredients 2 cups of self-raising flour
½ teaspoon of salt
30 grams of butter
