In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey and sugar. Add in the chicken tenderloins and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat a griddle pan on medium high heat. Drain the chicken and coat with the roasted white sesame seeds. Save the marinade aside. Place the chicken in the hot pan, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the pan.
Pour in the marinade, bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce thickens. Pour onto a saucer to serve as a dip.
