Simple Self-Crusting Quiche for Two

A simple, quick, economical and tasty dish for one or two people. Can be served warm with vegetables, cold with a salad or perfect for a grab-and-go lunch.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
Makes: 1-2 servings

Ingredients
1 rounded tablespoon of SR flour
1 rounded tablespoon of diced onion
1 heaped tablespoon of grated cheese
1/2 cup of milk
2 slices ham or bacon diced
2 eggs

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Lightly grease a small ovenproof dish

Mix all ingredients together
Pour into dish
Bake for 20-25 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
