Ingredients 500 g gravy beef or chuck steak, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
250 g mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 x 400 g tin diced or pureed tomatoes
1 tbs paprika
1/2 cup beef stock
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Place the beef, onion, garlic, tomato paste, tomatoes, paprika, stock, mustard, salt and pepper into the slow cooker. Stir well to combine. Cook for 7 hours on the low setting.
Add mushrooms to slow cooker and cook for 40 minutes on low.
Add the sour cream to the slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on low for a further 20 minutes.
