An appetizer dish which was made to make the mac and cheese to be eaten easily or on-the-go.

Ingredients 200 g cooked macaroni shells
85 g plain flour
35 g butter
150 ml milk
180 g Cheez Whiz
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 pc egg
120 g bread crumbs
250 ml canola oil
80 g grated cheese
In a pan, melt the butter and add 35 g of the flour.
Add the milk while whisking it to avoid lumps.
Put in the Cheez Whiz, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
Stir it well until it becomes smooth and thick.
Remove it from heat; then add the cooked macaroni shells.
