This is a classic homemade pizza with a spicy twist.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time:15 minutes
Makes: 4-6 servings

Ingredients for the dough

2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
4 tbsp milk powder

Knead the dough by taking it from the top to the middle, for 8-10 minutes. Dab it with a touch of oil, cover and leave to rise in a warm place, for 2 hours.
