A tasty entree or finger food of steamed pork & sweet radish ball that is easy and simple to make.

Makes: 8 servings
Ingredients
2 white radish
500g minced pork
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt
2 cups tapioca starch
Sweet & Spicy Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
Method
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Peel and shred the radish. Cook in a microwave for 1 minute. Squeeze out the extra liquid from the radish.
In another bowl, place the minced pork, season with salt and fish sauce. Add in the radish and mix with hand until combined.
Add in the starch and knead until the mixture has fully combined.
Shape 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and place on a heatproof dish.
Steam on high heat for 20 minutes until cooked. Serve with dipping sauce.
