Stilton & Spinach Salad

Sometimes it is nice to have something simple, which requires no cooking. This vegetarian salad can be assembled in no time at all, and with the addition of croutons helps to fill you up.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: N/A
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
20g spinach leaves
20g green beans
20g stilton
20g walnut croutons (or store bought if you prefer)
10g parsnip crisps
2 cherry tomatoes
2 white mushrooms

Method
Layer your plate with spinach.

Chop the tomatoes and mushrooms and layer on top.

Add the green beans, croutons, and parsnip crisps.

Crumble the stilton cheese on top.
