Ingredients 4 eggs
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cabbage, thinly shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
white pepper powder
fried shallots, to serve
steamed rice, to serve
Beat the eggs with soy sauce, a dash of salt and white pepper powder. Set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Saute the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add in the cabbage and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Pour in 1/2 cup of water, cover and steam for 10 minutes until cabbage is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Uncover, pour in the beaten eggs. Using a wooden spoon, stir continuously to scramble the eggs until cooked.
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with fried shallots and serve with steamed rice.
