Ingredients
2 bunches bok choy, cut into half
1 tablespoon roasted diced garlic
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Method
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan. Add in the roasted diced garlic.
Add in the bok choy and pour in 1/4 cup of water.
Cover and let it cook in the steam for 3 minutes, until the bok choy are wilted but still bright green and crunchy.
Add in the oyster sauce and mix well.
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
