This is so easy to make, requires no cooking, and although not sweet, hit the right spot for that sweet craving.
It is gluten, sugar and dairy free, and uses honey or other natural sweetener - no nasties in this recipe!

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp cacao
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ -1 tsp sweetener such as stevia liquid
Method
Whisk the cacao powder into the almond milk.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into two serving dishes.
Put in the fridge for about 20 minutes or until set.
You can top with coconut milk or similar, if desired, or eat plain as I did this time.
