This delicious & refereshing fruit punch is simple to make and perfect for those hot summer days.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 8-10 servings
Ingredients
1 litre tropical fruit juice, chilled
1 litre lemonade or ginger ale, chilled
2 oranges
1/4 water melon
1 punnet blueberries or strawberries
1 pear
Method
Peel and cut one orange into small pieces. Cut pear and watermelon into pieces
Cut second orange with rind into slices
Place all fruit into a glass bowl
Pour juice over fruit
Decorate bowl with orange slices
Pour lemonade into bowl just before serving
You can use any fruit that you like including grapes, kiwi fruit, strawberries, rock melon, honey dew melon.
If it is a particularly hot day, you can add a few ice cubes to keep fruit punch cool.
For an adult only version of this fruit punch, substitute lemonade for champagne.
